The Earl Farm Foundation is a family run 501c3 non-profit organization that exists to help those in need. Help is provided predominately in the form of beef or any other form that will help our neighbors in need. Approximately $1,500 supplies 450 one pound packages of healthy hamburger protein.

Another Earl Farm Foundation benefit event is being planned for 2019. Details coming soon.

The 2017 Earl Farm Foundation Field to Table Benefit Dinner, held on July 20th, raised over $9,000
. The money allowed us to purchase a total of 5 older cows that were turned into 2,500 pounds of fresh hamburger in 1 pound packages. The beef was distributed twice; once in December, 2017 and a second time in March of 2018. The receiving organizations were Torch 180, LACASA, SonRise Food Pantry, Family Impact Center of Fowlerville, and Gleaners of Livingston County.

Additionally, we purchased 2 calves in addition to the donated calf from the Oak Row Angus farm. The 3 steers in total were raised with our other cattle and have been sold to fund the purchase of approximately (5) more cows that will produce another 2,500 pounds of hamburger!

In total, our little sunflower field to table dinner party will have provided 5,000 pounds of hamburger to our community and a 20 cu. ft. freezer to The Torch!
